1. Apples

Such peas are made from dried and peeled seeds of peas. They can often be witnesses in split pea soup featuring ham. In terms of fiber content, split peas rank as one of the highest fiber-rich foods with 16.3 grams of fiber per cup of cooked split peas or 8.3 grams per 100 grams.
